Nokia6.1 - Smartphone 32GB, 3GB RAM, Dual Sim, Black/Copper

Looks, build quality (aluminium and gorilla glass), small size, stock android, free upgrades under Android One programme. Fast and easy to use. High quality camera. Fast charging. Just about everything about it is good, except perhaps only having 32gb - half of which the phone s/w uses, although it does have sd card expandability

I bought this phone because I work in the construction industry and it can take a lot of knocks. It's the second one I have had of this make and model and I do not treat it with care, but it keeps working, so that's good for me.

Uses Google Android version 10 which does NOT allow call recording apps to operate on this platform. You can download the apps - but they will NOT work !

I’ve had the Nokia 6.1 since 2017 and no problems so far. The system is now Android 10 and can’t fault it. It has all the apps I daily use. You can personalise it, the Zeiss camera is very good, easy to operate and much easier than a full android phone, it’s fast and intuitive and the price is fair. The battery life could be better. A full charge with my average use: email, browsing and shopping online is about 1 to 2 days. What not to like? My other phone is an Iphone SE and I still use and enjoy the Nokia when I’m abroad - Spanish SIM - avoiding extra costs. Shortly, a reliable phone.

I like the phone, but have doubts. (a) Cannot ascertain with certainty whether phone is New, or whether it had been Factory Reset/Refurbished. (b) Tab had been pressed open next to seal on outside of box. (c) Initial clear rectangular seal on box had been cut, circular seal placed over it (see attached picture). (d) Packaging on phone, looked like someone had tried to pry it open. (e) Had Android 9 pre-installed, should have had Android 8.1 (Oreo) original. Can Seller provide any guidance?
