Ton Ton For Kids Travel Buddies Neck Pillow - Alligator

I came here to look for a neck pillow for my 10-month old, as when she falls asleep, her head droops down and it looks terribly uncomfortable.It's hard to shop for neck pillows online, because it's hard to know if it'll fit her tiny neck, but I finally decided to chance it with this Giraffe neck pillow.(My daughter loves giraffes....)The giraffe arrived, it's colored brightly yellow and frankly looks better than this picture :-) It's nice and plushy soft, and it may be a LITTLE big for the baby right now, but it does the job and she is very comfortable traveling with it around her neck. When she's not wearing the giraffe, she enjoys playing with it, so it's a 2-in-1 as far as I'm concerned.It doesn't worry me that it's a little big, I'm glad it's something she can grow into and that can be used for a few years to come. The neck pillow is very flexible, so I'm sure it'll be in use for awhile.Good buy I say. I'm very happy with it.

After reading the reviews on these, I was confused. One reviewer said it was too small for her kids, another said it was too big. I figured I needed to find out for myself, so I took a chance and purchased one. I'm pleasantly surprised. I have 3 kids, ages 7, 5 and 1. I originally intended to purchase 3, but I think I'll go with 2 for now. This will definitely be too big for the baby, and I don't think she'd be able to use it as intended until she's at least 2 or 3. By that time my oldest MAY have outgrown it. I have skinny kids with thin necks and regular-sized heads. These will be perfectly sized for them. I suppose if you have an enormous 9-year old this might be too small, but I think an adult could even use it if they needed to.I love the softness of the pillow, and the fact that it's machine washable. People drool when they sleep. Especially kids. I couldn't believe that some of the competing products out there were surface-wash only fabric. What were they thinking? I love all of the different animals, I had a hard time choosing, but finally chose the pink hippo and the green alligator. Adorable!I only gave the product 4-stars because it is made in China, and I think something like this could have just as easily been made in Europe or North America, and I wouldn't have to worry about what kind of chemicals it might have been sprayed with. I'm definitely going to wash mine before I let the kids use them. Hopefully the kids will like them for our 6-hour Christmas road trip, but if not...I'll be the crazy woman on the New Jersey Turnpike sleeping with a pink hippo around her neck :)

Our overseas airplane trip is in a few days but we just received the yellow/orange giraffe. It is very cute and suitable for both a boy or girl. My 2 1/2 year old daughter loves it so far and has been using it at home in her crib as a pillow. It is very soft. I washed it in the gentle cycle (cold) before using it. The giraffe's head is a good side to lean your head on and is cozy. I think it will be a great way for my daughter to get some comfortable sleep in the long plane ride.

I bought this for my 9 year old, and while she liked the fact that it was a cat, she said it didn't go far enough around her neck to be useful for sleeping in the car, and that it was too tight. She gave it to her sister, who is a small 7, and that sister likes it, although she hasn't used it for a long trip yet. I think she just likes the cat... Bottom line: cute designs, too small for kids old enough to appreciate the designs, too thick around the back of the neck for little ones in car seats..

I purchased two of these - one for each of my children (ages 7 and 3) for a trip from the U.S. to Australia. While we initially were excited about their softness, we soon came to find out that these were poorly made. By the end of the trip, the tail had fallen off of one of them. This also was too small to be of any use to my older daughter on the flights.

Great! I love these cute neck pillows. They are wonderful for traveling in the car on long rides. And,, terrific to keep my spine aligned during the night. In fact. I ordered "Noodlehead" for my daughter-in-law. She has neck and shoulder problems, so she used it at night. I sent it to her a couple of weeks ago, and yesterday she called to thank me. She hasn't had any neck problems since she began using it. What a relief.

I returned this item, as the colors were not the same as they appear in the photo. The giraffe was more of a darker yellow with lighter yellow spots - there was not much of a distinction between the two shades. It wasn't nearly as cute as it is in the picture. Other than that, the pillow was fine. We also own the brown bear version of this pillow and my recently-turned six-year-old son, who has had it since he turned three, loves it and uses it all the time.

I got the Lion pillow. It is not too big and not too small, just right for my 5.5 month old (who is on the big side being 90+ percentile)- fits him now and I can imagine it fitting for more months to come if not years. Although the material is polyester, it is very soft all around with no noticeable odors. My son loves to use it when he is riding in one of his strollers. It's a little tight when used on his Recaro ProRide carseat but it still works as it provides him the needed cushioning for viewing out the window without straining and curling his neck to gain a view which he did prior to this pillow.He looks very comfortable using this in both of his strollers, Chicco Cortina and the BumbleRide.The only complaint, minor, is that when the pillow is centered the lion head sometimes covers part of his left face, but easily remedied by pulling the pillow downwards to his left to get the lion head sitting on his shoulder instead of on his face.Would love it even more and willing to pay more if this pillow was made of organic cotton with corn fill. But all in all very happy with this purchase.
