Have been using this product for several years. Everything I have read leads me to believe the manufacturing process is done with high quality controls. The mix of vitamins and the fact that there is no iron is very important and this is a great product.

This has helped me get the nutrients I need, as I am not a huge vegetable fan. It's a very complete vitamin. I used to have to order it from my naturopathic doctor, but I'm glad to be able to get it from Amazon. I wish it was available with Prime shipping, as it takes a long time to get without Prime.

My doctor recommended a high quality multi-vitamin and specifically mentioned these. I've been taking them for a little over a month now and don't have any complaints. I feel good--I don't know if I can attribute that to these entirely, but I'm sure they are helping. I know I don't get all the nutrients I should from my diet (I am a relatively healthy eater but skip meals and definitely don't get enough veggies) so it is reassuring to know I've got a bit of a safety net.I haven't noticed any adverse reactions--no nausea or anything. I take the four capsules with dinner usually.After this bottle runs out, I will get the Alpha Base premier, with the fish oil, since I am also taking that. Buy I do recommend these over the typical multi vitamins you'd see at the grocery store as you're getting so much more with these.

It's a great multi-vitamin formulation but like almost every company, it is too many capsules but there isn't much you can do if you want this kind of quality. I usually only take 4 at a time, not 8. One great thing is that all of their minerals are chelated with the Albion patented technology. I think it is crazy to take some junk multi-vitamin like Centrum which has more listings on their label of junk your body can't process than ingredients that might be beneficial. That's why it is cheap. And the cheap vitamins, you have to label check because if the minerals don't say chelated - they pass straight through and are worthless. I found out that my business lifestyle benefits from high-quality mineral formulations like reacted zinc and magnesium in this product. I do not think you can get that benefit from most diets unless you are willing to do all your shopping at "Whole Foods" or as they call it here in Texas Whole Paycheck. It's a good investment.

I have a full blood panel done every 3 months. When I first started having my blood drawn I was low on a lot of vitamins. So I got these and took my blood again 3 months later all my levels raised. Totally recommend these to any one low on energy needing vitamins.
