I have had great success with this product and continue to use it for this reason. I am a long time user of AOR products. REM; When taking iron you also have to take vitamin C for it to be absorbed, so anyone finding it may not work well, may want to make sure they are they are taking a quality Vitamin C with it.

This is an amazing brand. A.O.R. products are top quality, and I wish Amazon would work with them to make them better available. I bought these at the health food store, and they are less expensive in Canada. Unfortunately, I can't afford to purchase them in the States.
