Quality and low dose
I needed low dose vitamin C and this brand is often known for quality. They are small pills, not too large. They are capsules, and you would not taste or chew them.

Excellent for adults too!
This is the only vitamin C I can tolerate. I love that it is a smaller dose rather than the very large doses found in most adult vitamins. Easy on the stomach!

Didn't realize these were capsules
These are smaller capsules, but I should've read more closely, as only 1 of my 3 kids can swallow them.

Best way to get my C
I ordered the children’s C because I am having a hard time swallowing and they are the perfect size. And the lipsomal are so easy on the stomach. I use to take the adult but can’t get them through!
