I've had gall bladder issues since my early twenties when I had my first gall bladder attack. By gall bladder attack, I mean the real deal with excruciating pain and the abdomen swelling up, everything stopped - the kind of thing that drives most people to the hospital pronto. This herb has saved me time and again. Good stuff. It is my go-to remedy and has kept me well and out of the doctors hands for many years.If I have an attack, I immediately drink a glass of warm/hot water with the juice of half a lemon and take some of this. Usually the attack is gone within 1/2 hour. Then I take this a couple of times a day for a few weeks and start each day with the lemon juice in water drink. They have a tablet form of this herb too that I take with me when traveling. I also travel with a couple of lemons, just in case.

I had great results when I used this in the past, but everyone was out of stock when it came time to repurchase it, so I had to try 2other brands that didn’t work as well. One gave me instant heartburn, so I was thrilled to buy this brand again because it prevents gallbladder attacks.

So, I had my gallbladder removed in 2010. I've had pain in my right upper quadrant ever since. After many tests and lots of money, my doctor found 2 stones lodged in my bile duct and scarring around my bile duct sphincter. So...he removed the stones and performed 2 sphincterotomies to open the duct. Still the same pain. Next step is placing a stent in my bile duct to help it drain, but I'm having to wait a while for that procedure. When it recently felt like I was having a gallbladder attack (with no gallbladder) I pulled this out of the cabinet along with a bottle of Tudca and began taking them. The very first day I took the Royal Breakstone I had terrible pain that evening as if I was trying to pass a gallstone. I went to bed, and the next morning my pain was almost gone! It's not completely gone, but it's significantly reduced. I don't know exactly what this does, whether it thins the bile or softens the stones, but it really works to relieve biliary pain and pressure.Update June 26, 2019 - Three weeks later and still no biliary pain! This is a BIG DEAL for me! I’m taking Royal Breakstone, Tudca, and Collinsonia three times a day between meals. I am truly amazed at how this has eliminated the biliary pain that I had daily for 9 years. I’m going to order the pills too so I can take it when I’m away from home. At my last appt., I told my gastro how much chanca piedra (the actual name of the herb) has been helping me. I’m sure his big doctor ego was bruised because nothing he did helped me (we’re talking thousands of dollars on procedures) and this herb did. You would think he might be happy that I finally feel better, but his reply? I would never take anything with that name. <eye-roll> Doctors.

This product is kind of expensive, but works better than other similar products I have purchased.

My gallbladder was full of stones. Not only does this product take uncomfortable pain away, it flushes the stones out through each bowel movement. You can see the proof that its working everyday. It's worth a try before you decide to get your gallbladder surgically removed. Of course, you will still need to change your diet and cut out the fats, plus take digestive enzymes to break down proteins and fats. Give it a try and I think you will be happy with the results.

The taste is horrible, tastes like dirt, but this thing works like magic, so if you can get over the taste I'll highly recommend it, I had stones in my gallbladder and the pain was growing stronger every time, I thought about surgery but decided to try this first and so far so good, I haven't have any more pain and didn't need surgery

I am pretty happy with the results of taking this. No More gallbladder/kidney pain if I regularly take this. Tastes pretty good too, like an earthy herb tea.
