Does its job very well. I used this to fix an old dead charger. Replaced the dead circuit with this nifty cool small SMPS. Using the same for powering Xiaomi Wi-Fi Range Extender. This device is working 24x7 without issue.Also, the small size (similar to a PCB mounted relay) makes it a very good choice for mounting on a PCB.

It provides isolation from primary to secondary. What we were looking for in our application. Good product at lesser price but delivery charges are more.

Don't buy
Don't buy these waste of money, even witha load of 1 esp-01 poor performance out of 6 I ordered only 1 is working now rest all stopepd working. Better to buy a mobile charger.

Ok for small projects
It's good for small projects , After I used it for about 3 months , it started giving problems. one of them stopped producting enough current output < 500 mA and other is producing noise.Can't recommend for longer projects

Isolation with mains :: Leakage myth busted
The product is carrying the lethal mains voltage on secondary because of a protective varistor which is a usual SMPS design.I talked to the seller regarding the voltage appearance on the secondary. Though the varistor is of high resistance during normal operations, it will seem like a lethal voltage on secondary. In the absence of this varistor, it should be perfectly isolated. Alternatively the secondary side ground can be earthed through a 1K resistor. But my application design doesn't allow this.

Best!
Very compact SMPS and can be easily mounted on a PCB. I advice you to buy 1A version as the 500mA version is getting somewhat heated after an hour of use at 300mA being placed inside a plastic box with no ventilation. If ventilation is there, 500mA will work fine.
