You will need to drill holes in the wall and then hammer in the fasteners. Understand that once it's in, if it comes out, you will have to make new holes and get more fasteners. The cushions are of a cheaper kind. The product once properly installed in sturdy and very useful.

The screws used are similar to used in AC. Its not easy to install. The screws are huge which will leaves big holes. For proper fixing call a AC mechanic he knows how to do it. But the product is Amazing.

It feels durable but the fasteners that they ship with the package aren't that strong so i'd recommend buying 10mm fasteners from your local hardware shop and don't buy this if you don't have a concrete wall with beam connection, you're just going to ruin your wall and it'll slip off easily.

I was also confused because many reviews were like- the fastner bolts are weak etc. So i will tell everything about that issue. First of all, you can buy wall mount pull bar from any brand because most of these are generic and quality doesn't matter from which brand or name you purchase it.Just be sure that it cost aroung 1k Rupee.So about bolts-The bolts given with bar are useless, just sell them to a scrapper, and buy new fastners( shown in 3rd image). In second image you can see the difference of bolts , left are purchased by me in local market and right one is given with the pull up bar .That's all, hope you find your answer and make sure to call a carpenter or a professional.

The bolts are not solid they damage the wall as well
