Amazing!!!
Many Aspects of Wellness which you may have forgotten or ignored. Makes sense knowing them all. The book helps you discover which ones are there and in which you lack. The balanced approach of this book is brilliant. It focuses on Wellness as whole concept rather than just one or two areas. I also liked that it is not pedantic and it in fact encourages personal decisions and judgement.
