Machine looked brand new and worked well. Was fully charged on arrival. Transferred data no problems and working well. Well satisfiedr r and good value for money.

Bought this to replace my old iPad, which can no longer take IOS updates. This looks like brand new. It was so easy to set up with blue tooth to copy over all my passwords, details and icons and photos. Even I managed it first time. Great product. Would recommend.

I purchased this refurbished model instead of a new one as I couldn’t really justify the cost of a new one, and considering what I use it for, I haven’t been disappointed yet. The screen was exceptionally grubby on arrival, and there is a very feint scratch on the screen approximately 3mm, but it’s not noticeable once the screen is on. The back is impeccable, as it was probably kept in a case, and I’ll do like wise. Battery life on most iPad Airs is great, and this one seems comparable to my other iPad, which is less than a year old. So all in all, it has been a great buy. A word of warning though, mine didn’t come with a charging plug or lead, so you may have to purchase one if you intend to give as a present.

They say you learn best from your mistakes and often you find out who the good guys are when thing go wrong. I bought a refurbed iPad from 1 Click Crazy Deals at a great price and received it within a couple of days. Unfortunately it wouldn’t charge and so I contacted the seller through Amazon and the seller mailed me within two hours, firstly with a couple of suggestions, and when they didn’t work, a return label and a promise to replace the faulty iPad. That arrived within three days of my posting my parcel, with an upgrade and working and charging perfectly.Things do go wrong - it’s a fact of life, particularly with technology - and the important thing is that when they do they get sorted, and 1 Click excelled in this. Highly recommended seller.

I purchased this iPad, to replace my 10 year old iPad, because it would not update anything after iso 12. This worked fine for 2 months, then a lot of apps required iso 16 updates. This iPad will not update them. Wasted £174.

We decided to purchase an iPad as the Fire HD (less than a year old) that we have for our 2 year old daughter was starting to slow down and be unresponsive, even after factory resetting. We received our iPad Air 2 on time and was pleasantly surprised to find we had been given a free upgrade to 64GB! For the price I was expecting a working device but to show a few signs of wear and tear and was pretty amazed that the device was basically in mint condition. Very happy customer, I'm debating buying and second one just for myself now... if I do need another one I'll be purchasing from them again!
