Relic by FossilMen's Jake Silver Stainless Steel and Black Silicone Band Watch (Model: ZR11861)

Wanted to start buying normal watches again tired of all the connected stuff that you constantly have to charge. This looks great and feels premium, even though the price is very accesible. Easy yo read and set up, really like it.

I wear many watches - and to say that this one gets the most compliments would be an understatement. Unique face, just an overall solid watch. Highly recommend

Band is pretty stiff, watch is pretty large, looks great, quality is better than I expected for the price. The stiff band is the reason for 4 stars, if the band was better this would be 6 stars!

This watch is awesome it has a very unique astetic to it with blue tinted glass and the nice curve down from the middle on both top and bottom it does. Just wish they didn't send the watch on the makers box as they did. It makes the band not want to straighten.

This is my second Fossil watch I have owned. I really love the look of it. Definitely classy. The only thing I would do differently is perhaps a leather band but this one is well enough that I don't mind. Highly recommend.

This watch is very eye catching! It's MUCH nicer looking in person than in online pictures. In fact I get more compliments on this watch than any other in my collection, and I have a pretty decent size collection, most of which go totally unnoticed on my wrist even though most of them are much nicer and much more expensive. It also happens to keep good time, mine is only off by a few seconds per month, and is really easy to read provided your not in a dark room, there is some lume but it is not very bright and does not last long. If I were rating this watch on looks and function alone I would have given it 5 stars considering its price. The reason why I rate it at 3 stars is simply because of the plastic band. It is very stiff and uncomfortable, even after owning it for a year. I have a cheap $20 Casio digital watch with a plastic band that is much more flexible and comfortable than the one on this Relic. Normally I would just buy a replacement band of higher quality but there is no aftermarket band that would be fitted to the watch in the same as the original band. The lugs are a standard 22 mm so the band could be replaced with a third party alternative but that would radically change the appearance of this watch and I'm not sure it would be in a good way, even with a really nice band. As a result this watch spends a lot of time in a watch case in my home office occasionally getting admired by relatives and visitors who happen to see it and very little time on my wrist. Probably should have tried it on at a local department store before buying it. I've noticed other reviews that mention the stiff band and it doesn't seem to bother them as much, I do have a moderately large wrist at 7.75 inches so that may have something to do with it. My advice would be to try this watch on before buying it, move your wrist around a good bit to make sure you can live with the stiff feel, and keep in mind that it does not loosen up over time. If it feels okay to you then buy it because it is other wise a decent and attractive watch for the price.
