GOLDENROD (496-5) Fuel Tank Filter Replacement Water-Block Element

I had one of these on my farm tank for years with no problems. The original was not the water block kind but since I was changing the filter I wanted to try it. I don't expect to have any problems .

Sturdy construction and does what it’s supposed to do.Remove particulates as well as water.

Price was a little better than local. Is the original.

Name brand filter at a very reasonable price. Will definitely purchase again

Had to transfer fuel from a leaking tank to a temporary tank and back after fixing. I knew there was some water that got in there and you can tell with this filter. It clogs right up when I got down to the bottom and stops you from running any more. Threw out the remaining 4 gallons from a 100 gallon tank since I could not separate the water. No worries, it went to the city's recycling center.

I've been using these filters on my F-450 fuel transfer tank.

We didn't know if our Goldenrod Fuel Tank Filter came with a Filter. So we bought this one. It came with a filter so now we put this one up so when we need it. It came to the house fast. Didn't have to wait on it. If it works like the one that is in the Goldenrod Fuel Tank I don't think we will have anything to worry about.

I used to hunt for this for our auxiliary diesel tank on our F350. Now I just logon and it arrives in a few days.Good price too
