A gem of its kind.
As soon you receive it you will fall in the love of the size and the design. Great lid. The rubber grip at the bottom holds the mug tightly to the surface. No chances of toppling down. Enjoy your fantastic Insulated Coffees. Durability looks good at this point.If only there could a rubber substance on the outerside for holding it would feel great.

1. The hotness only last for 1 hour2. And the paint coating on the product is very cheap quality even small friction will scratch the paint.

Excellent product, However disappointed...
Travel friendly, keeps coffee warm for 3 -6 hours. Good design, easy to use, clean and refill. I carry coffee in this to work because the coffee in my company is like mud in hot water. This is a very handy kind of mug/ flask with a push to open lid that has a lock to prevent accidentaly opening. I love everything about this product including the way one can sip from it like a coffee mug without fearing burning lips/ mouth.I am disappointed only on one criteria; leak proof; I think for the first 3 months it lived up to that claim but recently I have been experiencing that the coffee does leak from the mug; I travel by bus and spillage happens and people around me have complained. This product could be made better if the company puts a rubber lid/ flap on the hole where the coffee/ tea is being dispenced from. The lid would be an additional security to make it leak proof.Please don't take the last point too seriously, it just might be that I am the one who received such a piece. This is a must have for those office goers who don't like the coffee/ tea served in those machines in those so called Multinational Companies, that call it a part of the employee welfare...
