This is a great book, it is filled with clear and well written explanations. The book takes corporate finance methods and shows you how they are used in real life. You look at these ideas from the perspective of a company CFO, a M&A Banker and a Merger Arbitrage Trader.The author has worked in all three roles along with teaching at a university and her expertise really shines through. I would recommend this book to anyone studying finance or working in the industry. A great book to learn from and to keep on your desk as a reference.
