Fresh appearing figs, GOOD Quality - Few are Whitish colour and many in small size

In this lot we find many fis of in small size (approx. 1" dia), mixed with avg and large size.Fresh appearing figs. Few are of :Whitish colour. These are sour in taste, why so?Can we expect a reply from supplier.Overall satisfied with the quality.

Dried figs are very crispy and tasty. Usually there is a smell which I don't like when I purchase dried figs from market. But in this case there is no such smell. So I liked it very much. Definitely I will purchase again and recommend others to purchase it.
