Q: whats the differance between 243 & 271? Please, which would be best to use on my Cooker handles as they keep comig lose!

243 is lower strength than 271. If you're using it on cooker handles, the more heat resistant of the two is also 271 although only to 150 degrees celsius so it wouldn't hold up to an open flame. Making sure you completely remove any oil or grease before applying is especially critical when using 271 and let it cure for 24 hours before use.
