Great Recliner Chair, good value for money, well built & solid. The Velvet is really nice. The Seat Cushion is nice & thick, well supported and means sitting on the chair is very comfortable & reclining in the chair is also comfortable. I would recommend the seller & manufacturer, I’ve bought from them over the past 10 years now. I’m a very happy customer.

To be fair we were looking at other much better looking chairs and chose this one purely for financially reason's but never expected it to be this good. Easy to put together really comfortable if we have one tiny complaint the trim on the underneath was poorly finished but other than that very happy

This is one of the best chairs I ever bought, stylish beyond belief, looks way more expensive than I paid. Its very comfortable, back supportive, reclines easily, it took 2 minutes to slot everything on and screw legs on. I love this chair❤

We have been saving for a recliner for our lounge from Next as we have a nice Next sofa. However, the Next product is £700. We ordered this recliner for a nursing chair and thought that if it arrived and was cheap looking/ functioning as we expected it to be then at least it wasn't in the main room of the house and would serve its purpose in a bedroom. How wrong we were! We love it so much that we are ordering a different colour for the lounge and scrapping the Next option all together. Honestly, I so pleasantly surprised by the quality of this chair! I am 9 months pregnant and my partner unboxed it all on delivery and then took a shower. By the time he was out, I had the legs on the seat and the wings on the back (the most challenging bit to line up as cushioned material needs to slide onto cushioned material and it is hard to see the slides between the material. Partner clicked the seat and back together and it was ready to use. Literally a 5 min set up! And it looks so nice! It also reclines back really far if preferable although we only need it for a slight recline. The full recline, I imagine, may come in handy if we need to spend longer in the nursery sometimes though.

As mentioned by previous reviewers, delivery was definitely the weak link. Arrived day before the indicative 5 day slot. Had to drill into courier's link to find this out, as the Amazon tracker never moved from the original timeline. Nice to get it early, but, now that I am back in the office, this might not have been convenient. In the event, daughter was able to take delivery for me. Driver was grumpy, and only grudgingly helped her to get it over the threshold of the front door. I note the latest product post cites "free delivery to room of choice". So, that negative experience may now have been addressed. The chair itself does not disappoint. I am not a fan of the exposed upholstery tacks and would have preferred higher armrests and deeper side wings. However, these details were all perfectly clear in the photos and dimensions, so I knew what I was getting. Comfort in all positions is excellent. The smaller proportions perfect in my tiny sitting room. Have had to add some sliders under the legs, as, given the lack of space, I have to pull it out to recline, and it's quite heavy. Daughter has added some varied fabric covers to the buttons, which adds a bit of character. Will use with a throw to protect the fabric. All in all, an excellent piece of furniture, particularly given the price! Definitely recommend.

This item is much darker than the picture shows, I bought it because it looked like the colour I wanted, I took into account that the pictures of it might be a little darker or a little lighter due to whatever, but when I recieved it and opened the box, the item was much darker than I expected. So I am returning it.Delivery was good, it came on time.

The bonded leather chair arrived today, and I must say, the delivery man was so helpful and nice, it's a large and hefty box, but together with my husband giving him a hand he delivered it right into the living room. That box large enough for social distancing, blimey. :-D A friendly delivery like that makes a big difference how you feel about what you get! The chair is straight forward enough to put together, if not a piece of cake, it's comfy and it looks good. The reason for just 4 rather than 5 stars is that a) bonded leather is a bit fragile, one of the corners already has a tiny tear, not so visible, but it wasn't there when we got it, just one touch with slipper soles must have done that. Socks only on the footrest then. Whether the chair suits you depends if you feel the seat cushion at 50x51cm is large enough, in retrospect I think I'd have liked it a bit bigger, for that cosy feel for my pear shape, and at 5'9" it's probably not the most perfect fit, but it's good enough to keep. The seat is pleasantly high to get out of, and has great lumbar support. I don't know how long it will last, but we'll be careful with it and hope for the best.

The chair seems OK, I will post a more detailed review if there are problems with it down the line. it looks nice, fairly easy to assemble. The recliner mechanism takes 1 min to get used to. There is no lever and you push back, simple enough. It has 2 positions, half way is suitable for watching TV, fully reclined for having a nap. However, the fully reclined position is not suited for watching TV as you need to have the head back pretty much and shift the weight back to stay in this reclined position. Lifting the head or accidentally shifting the weight forward will move the recliner into the half open position.Now the delivery is the reason why this has 3 stars. 22 pounds for a delivery and when it shows up the guy calls and asks come and pick it up from the kerb by yourself.I live on the 2nd floor and I have asked the driver to give me a hand bringing it up, he responded with "no, you can either take it from here or reject the delivery"...
