Kotobukiya Yu Yu Hakusho: Hiei ArtFX J Series Statue

I'm blown away at the incredible detail on these Yu Yu Hakusho figures. I have Yusuke, Kurama, and Hiei, and they look incredible next to each other. As for the price, the only one that I needed to pay over $100 for was Kurama (with the rose whip), but I definitely think it's worth it. The airbrushing on the skin and the feel of the figures is great. Definitely worth the purchase. I just wish I could find Kuwabara to finish off the collection (I can only find him for over $200 online since he's discontinued so quickly).

The sculpt is perfect by Kotobukiya, capturing the blue highlights on Hei's hair and comes with an awesome second hand in which releases the dragon and the original one with just the scar tattoo. And also a swapping face, one with the headband covering the eye and one without.

Hiei is my favorite character from Yu Yu Hakusho and I was really excited to receive him as a gift from my parents for my birthday.HERE IS WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THE FIGURE:*He comes with two different faces. One has his third eye and one doesn't. Both have a very different expression.*He is smaller than Urameshi Yuske, just like he is in the anime! I wonder if Kuwabara is taller? Can't wait to find out.*He has a lot of detail.HERE IS WHAT I DON'T LOVE SO MUCH:*His face is so hard to change that I actually was not able to do it. You have to take off his hair piece in order to do it*He doesn't have a sword like he does in the anime.*The white thing in his left hand cannot be taken out.All in all I still love Hiei and he is a great figure but he's a little harder to assemble than the other figures I have.

Great figure! I was really surprised at how tiny it was compared to Yoko Kurama. It was a little difficult to take out the face and arm, so handle with care! 100% worth the purchase. I'd recommend it to any Yu Yu Hakusho fan!

I like it that it arrived on time and my son was well pleased with it. It was a birthday gift to him. He loved it.
