Il Casolare, Organic Extra Virgin Unfiltered Olive Oil, 750 ml

I first had this olive oil in Italy and have used it since. It is great in salad dressings, for cooking, and dipping.

We only use olive oil in my house so getting 6 bottles at once was ok.The color is darker than commercial olive oil, I also like the cloudiness of the product. Taste amazing with bread, salads, dressings.I doesn’t smoke much when you use it for frying.Bottle is beautiful, takes a bit of time to install the lid ( first bottle only then; the rest are easier)I should have enough oil for 2-3 months but I’m coming back for more! I’ve tried the “unfiltered” oils from stores and amazon and none compares to this one.I wish the color would be greener but it has a yellowish color, I am still looking for a cloudy - green olive oil but for now, this one is the bestMakes great mayo and chimichurri, furthermore, you can use it in your hair and skin mixed with some other oils like almond or rosehip

In the past years we had obtained this product in California at a Trader Joes. Then apparently it was discontinued in their inventory as most US people equate olive oil with a table top product that one can see through. Yeah! An amazon merchant was able to perceive that an excellent product will make a great store seller. Thanks a bunch we hardcore olive tasters applaud you for offering this unmatchable non filtered golden oil!

This is a great gift. Showing up for dinner with a bottle of wine doesn't work if the host does not drink. Olive oil in this unique bottle is always well received and a great topic of conversation. Not everyone is familiar with unfiltered olive oil (in my world anyway).

This is a flavorful but not overpowering oil great for salads and dipping. I do not use for cooking.
