I had factory speakers in a 2005 truck. These speakers really bring the music to life !!! Happy with the price. Very happy with the performance. I would highly recommend !!!

This purchase was specifically for a 1975 Mercedes Benz 450SL project, and used one of those shady Chinese branded receivers, just because the old receiver was broken, was a single din and my dad wanted to install a rear camera.Great price. Used these speakers on various vehicles with different receivers. Maximized the sound quality by adjusting the graphic equalizer via a spectrum analyzer and a calibrated mic.These are the speakers I always go to, whenever I need a replacement.

Tweeter fell off one speaker not so happy with this try another pair see how that works out

Installed in 95 Chevy Tahoe rear doors. Fit perfect in factory locations and still behind the factory door panel. Sounded great at a reasonable price. Will need to cut off factory speaker connector and install new connectors.

I’m giving them 5 stars because they fit exactly in the mix of what I wanted. I replaced my Hertz Deici 6.5s with these. Not that the Cerwin Vegas are louder crisper or anything like that. But the Hertz had ear piercing highs no matter how I adjusted them. If they were in a car or truck they probably would’ve been outstanding. But since they were in my soundbar in a jeep there was no relief. The Cerwin Vegas are more thank adequate with nice mids, decent mid bass and highs that aren’t overbearing. As of now they’re set up straight to my Alpine 407 radio but will be hooked up to the amp this weekend and I’m betting they’ll sound even better. Very pleased with my purchase.

Sound about what the price would call for. Not great but they play music and it is clear.

These are very well-made, budget speakers that are also very efficient. Sizewise, they say 6.5” but are a tad bit smaller, so they also fit into the oddball-sized 16mm cutouts of Honda (and have their 3-point holes predrilled). In other words, they fit my Civic without any cutting.The sound signature is slightly bright, but if one is used to stock speakers, these are a pleasure to listen to, even with the stock radio. Add an amp, and you will hear the XED’s come to life!
