Very educational
Got this for our 8yr old grandson, he absolutely loved putting it together and seeing the outcome of doing a project step by step. I must also say that 3bees & me stand behind their products. They did not hesitate responding to a missing piece on another toy we are working on now.

We sponsored a family at work & I selected to purchase gifts for a pre-teen boy who likes to build things. I love the STEM educational aspect. Best part is the great price. I was able to buy two for him. I've purchased kits from this collection before for my son. A great toy option for pre-teens, it's sturdy, inspires creativity and fun!

It's a challenge
I bought this for my 8 year old daughter and it was a little bit too complicated for her. This is more for pre-teen (12 and up).

Quality
Quick and easy to work with. Came in good shape. It is a gift for a 9 year old boy. It will be a good opportunity for him and Jo's dad to spend time together.

Ok product
I bought this for my 7-year-old son for Christmas, thinking that it would last a while because it's metal. The metal has lasted, but not even two months later, the plastic propeller is broken. My husband glued it for him, and it broke again almost right away. My son can be a little bit hard on toys, so maybe purchase for an older child who takes better care of toys. Other than the plastic propeller, this is a great kit, like the old erector sets!

Fun, mature and patient project
This is a great little set. My 7 year old has been doing it with a little support. I appreciate that the directions were laminated to last longer, I just wish they were in book format so We could see the written direction beside the photo. Many parts are similar with a slight variance that require paying attention to the numbered name. I was very pleased with 3 Bees and Me service and care was outstanding with fast professional customer service.
