Followed the cooking instruction and these came out exactly like the noodles from bun bo hue from a restaurant. I'm loading these up for my homemade bun bo hue. Highly recommended!

Dont buy from this seller
I bought the noddles about 2 months ago and today planning cook Vietnamese beef noddles , when I opened the bag the noddles looked black and after it cooked it doesn't like right to me so I just one and it really sour. Omg it tast so nasty, I think this noddles is expired long long time ago. By the way no expiration date on the package.Please do not buy from this seller.

Noodle time
I ordered these as I was craving beef noodle soup but stuck in quarantine. The only thing that was tricky was cooking time. Instructions say to cook for 14 minutes in boiling water but I felt like they needed longer. At 14 minutes in roiling boiling water they were still chewy/hard in the middle so I let it go longer, closer to 20-25 minutes
