Straight swap
Easy to fit and works fine.Customer had a window that would not open. After releasing the catch I could see the gearbox had broken resulting in one arm failing to retract the locking bolt.New part fitted and customer is happy. A good quality part received in good order and on time

Straight swap for 05058 but the dimensions shown are wrong!
Perfect fit but the dimensions on the photo are wrong - it is 115mm in the OPEN position 135 when in CLOSED position shown in photo.I took a chance assuming it was wrong and it paid off!

Easy, cheap DIY window repair!
The media could not be loaded. Exactly what I needed and my window now opens again, yay! You need a 5mm Allan key, some locking grips and something strong, metal and flat to wedge in the window and make a gap big enough to get the Allan key (held in grips) in, turn it around and then pull hard to pull the side open that's keeping the window closed. Practice on another open window so you can see the mechanism and what needs to happen if you can't quite visualise it.

Very good quality item.
The product is a much better build quality then the ones I have in my windows, I ordered the items on Friday inspecting the items to come next week (Tuesday), but they arrived the next day (Saturday) very quick delivery, very easy to install the Saracen locks. the price of the product is good. all in all very happy customer.
