Best Scotch Bonnet I have had in a while
These won't be delivered quickly. They actually came from Jamaica! Oh but well worth the wait! Scotch Bonnet is not just about the heat but rather a distinct flavor for infusions with other sauces or crusts, or any number of culinary explorations that want some heat.

Great every day hot sauce
I had originally bought this brand of Scotch Bonet hot sauce at a specialty market while visiting another state. I immediately liked the mild flavor with a good tanginess without adding a lot of vinegar flavor like some hot sauces. A good moderate spice level. Nothing overpowering, but perfect for adding spicy to nearly any savory dish. Once I ran out, I was pleased to find a two-pack on Amazon.

Very tasty. Pretty hot
I eat a lot of hot stuff so my judgement might be off on how hot this stuff is. In a bowl of ramen, for instance, I would use half a teaspoon. But a bite of my ramen would send my wife to the sink to flush her mouth. But, if you like hot... the flavor is better than most sauces. I've always thought habaneros (goat peppers) were the best flavored pepper next to jalapenos; that they can improve the flavor of a dish even if you ignore the heat. Some may think otherwise. This took a while to get here and came from a woman in Jamaica. Oddly, they used to sell this at WalMart. I sent her a thank you note and she responded.

Just OK
Didn’t taste great compared to the same flavor from different brands. If this is your only option, it will do, but certainly not the best.

Love this stuff!
I first discovered this sauce on sale at a discount store and loved it so much I searched online to find more. So glad Amazon carries it. It has a great flavor. We use it a lot cooking (really good in scrambled eggs and refried beans) and on food in general. It’s has a lot of heat, as a scotch bonnet sauce should be but it’s so flavorful you’ll keep adding more.
