Pure copper, great wire
Perfect for our pontoon boat rewire. Stick with pure copper. Don’t use copper coated aluminum.

Solid Insulation and Reliable Performance
I recently used the 12 Gauge 2 Conductor Flexible Parallel Electrical Wire for a simple switch installation on my Jeep JL's Hatch LED lights, and I’m really pleased with how it performed. The wire feels well insulated, which is important for any low voltage application. It provided a reliable connection, and the oxygen-free copper made sure I got a solid, clean signal for my setup. The flexibility of the wire was another highlight—it was easy to work with, and I was able to route it through tight spaces without any issues. The red and black color coding made it straightforward to identify and manage the wires, ensuring I didn’t mix up the connections. This is definitely a solid option for automotive, solar panel, or LED strip lighting projects.Overall, this wire is durable and effective for low voltage applications. It worked great for my Jeep JL, and I’m confident it would perform equally well in other vehicles or outdoor setups. If you're looking for quality low voltage wire, this one definitely gets the job done.

CCA is NOT for power
I accidentally grabbed this for my xt-30 connectors for ~5a little dongles and realized I bought CCAnow sure you can get 8a roughly in free air but that up to 1v drop at anything over 6 inches adds up fast at the 3.7v or 12v I am working atjust realize CCA is mostly data only or at worst used for speakers though the resistance akin to half the diameter of pure copper with a spike at higher temps(75c+) can be abused for a remote 12v light as one youtuber I saw didjust keep in mind that the more drop the more heat the more risk of melting the insulation which is only PVC so once you hit that 75c temp it will basically turn into smoke and short out unless you leave it free hanging

I would buy this again.
I use this cable for hooking up 12v lighting in my shed. It's good wire at a good price. I used it with Wago style lever nuts as well as crimp on terminal connectors and have been very happy with the result.

Worked perfect as an extension for LED Xmas lights!
I bought this roll of wire to create an extension cord for our Christmas Star LED lights. In the past, we would normally just run a regular orange extension cord. But with these new lights, they have a box and a remote that allows us to change the color/style of the lights. I didn’t want this box to be subject to the weather, and to be close enough so the remote would work. So I made an extension cord from this wire between the lights and the control box, using crimp connectors and heat-shrink tubing to protect the connection. It worked like a charm, and the wire disappears in the grass for the most part. I like the red wire because it’s easy to find when I’m looking for it, but to the casual observer it’s not visible. I knew LED’s pulled very minimal power, so I was pretty sure this wire would be sufficient for the distance we needed. It worked great and was a cheap modification to make. It will stay coiled up on the star until we need it next year.
