Great product to help my dry eyes. They do not burn nearly as much as they did. The pills do not upset my stomach.

Great quality and great value. I use this to help with pain relief and I do notice a difference when I do not take it my back and joints tend to ache. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who is dealing with joint pain.

This product is a life saver for me. I've recommended it to a lot of my friends.

I believe that it is a good product. I was informed by my doctor not to take it because i am on blood thinners. hopefully someday?

Yikes. I originally gave this product a 5 star rating because it really worked miracles in the first 2 months of using it. It cleared up my skin, helped with PMS, and balanced my moods. however, around the third month, all hell broke loose. This severely altered my mensural cycle. I am very regular. I can predict my moods and when my period is about to strike. But around the third month (i took them for 4 months) i had my period 2 weeks early and i had an unprecedented emotional breakdown. i could not control my emotions at all. For example, someone commented on how i had gained a little weight so i snapped at them and then sat in my closet sobbing, which has never happened to me. I can normally control my mood swings pretty well, but this out of my control. i thought i was loosing my mind. I had PMS for the next two weeks and then i had another period. My next period did not come for 65 days (im on a 29-32 day cycle) and i was freaking out. i stopped taking the pills (i read somewhere that you have to "push through the side effects" but i did not want to do any serious damage) and everything went back to normal within 2 months. i highly suggest you talk to a doctor or a pro. i wouldnt take these.
