Have taken recommended daily amount for about 3 weeks and seem to have had a positive effect by reducing the easy bruising. As length of time increases I’ll be able to make a better assessment , but so far looks very promising . I like that this has a good amount being you have to take 6 for the day. Though it would be nice not to have to take so many. I dislike the size of the pills. To big. I cant give a total honest review as to know if this product helps with my muscles as I have been on it real long. An I do not see a difference in my skin or hair either. So I give it 4 star until I see a change within my body.

I am not sure of collagen effectiveness as I just started taking it, but I was concerned about the size of the caplets and swallowing. However, they are coated and easy to swallow, so now I don't need to resort to the powdered version which I find unappetizing.

This did not work for me. My nails got brittle and broke constantly. Did not help me. Will not order again.
