Let me start by saying this was my first time cooking a paella and it turned out amazing! The key was having the correct cooking equipment and the Mabel Home Paella Pan and Burner was perfect! The pan was heavy gauge enameled steel and carried the heat perfectly and evenly, the pan was very forgiving as I learned the proper temperature to set the flames while cooking. I was able to obtain the most beautiful layer of socarrat with no burn or scorching of the rice.I ordered an adjustable 0-20 gas regulator with a gauge, this allowed for precise adjustments of the flames with the burner around 5 -10 psi . The burner and stand has several adjustment points to ensure you have the pan perfectly level for equal distribution of liquids over your rice. While doing my adjustments I added just enough water to my pan to cover the bottom so I could visualize the liquid level. After I dumped out the water and started cooking!Customer support is amazing; FedEx was rough on the set during shipping, my pan was damaged and after a email with a few photos of the chipped enamel a replacement piece was shipped out promptly.I can not rave enough on the quality of the product and the support received, I have received so many compliments on my set up and it presents so beautifully while entertaining during parties!The three ring burner allows for smaller size pans, I am planning to order two additional size pans to adjust for the size of the group I’m cooking for.

They don’t tell you that this set is to use with natural gas, it doesn’t work with propane,waste of money, try to contact the company and never got an answer , money down the drain

Friends had this camping and we couldn’t believe how terrific it was. Paella for 25 people!We ordered one and came about five days later. There was a minor problem with one leg and I sent an email to customer service and got a reply in several hours and replacement legs were instantly sent. I’ve never had customer service like this before. The unit is terrific. With the three concentric burners you can have small medium or large pans. We will use this at burning man for large paella dinners in our camp.

My husband is now the Paella King! He impressed the family at our annual family gathering with an amazing paella. He made his second one just last week (picture). We were able to get that wonderful crunchy crust on the bottom. We did a lot of research and this was the best quality set-up for the price.

First of all, it is necessary to have this style burner to cook paella properly. It serves the purpose. The stand is rather wobbly but will not collapse under the weight of paella. The paint is low quality and scratches easily. The transverse bars were not bent to the proper angle. One was bent opposite way. All issues are minor and do not affect outcome of the cooking. Easy to modify for someone a bit handy with tools.It was very easy to crisp the bottom without burning and develop great soccarat. Overall I would definitely buy it again.

The media could not be loaded. This pan makes the best paella’s in the world, is super easy to assemble and clean, it last for 18-22 portions depending on how hungry are you, cleans fast, rice does not stick, really good value for the money, i’ve been using it for six months now and looks like new

Out of the box, enamel is coming off the pan. Poor bake job on the enamel. Its coming off in the cooking area, which will contaminate food. Contacted seller, and they are sending a replacement. However, quality control is poor... as others have had the same issue. With a good replacement, i will be satisfied, as the price is good.

This was the worst purchase I have made on Amazon. The actual legs the burner is on are real flimsy, Inside ring of the burner does not keep lit unless the pot is on top, and the pan itself arrived with a chip the size of a dime on it. Also, it arrived real late. The whole shipping aspect was a whole other mess. Only 1 was sent out of 2 I ordered.
