The stress relief pad is my best friend. The functionality and ease of use is good. They pads are soft and weighted so with the heat they always sooth and provide pain relief when I use them. This is a great design as they have many different options to sooth all areas if the body.

I purchased four cervical pads 18 months ago and I store them in a hydrocollator at a set temperature. In the past month I had three that deteriorated and started leaking. While the price 25% less than other manufactures the life of the product is also 25% less if not more. I like the product and the price but now I know to factor in the replacement cost.

The best heat pack. When pick up to be placed in the moist heat pad cover, the two tabs are not too hot to the touch. Very nice heat pack! It lasts a good 20 minutes if covered with a small towel to keep the heat inside.

Don't waste your money. I followed the directions carefully and it never got soft and bendable, and I need it to wrap around my knee. Also the picture makes it look like there are straps that you can wrap or Velco so that the pak can make a complete circle around your knee/leg but that is not the case. Those are not straps - they are just short tabs to use to pull the pak out of the boiling water and handle without burning yourself. I needed something with straps or Velcro to help hold it in place securely. Never got to use this even once because it stayed stiff and smelled HORRIBLY! Sent it back!

Product was well-made with high quality cotton covering and sewing. The pack distributed heat evenly and effectively. After two weeks, however my heat packs developed an unpleasant smell. I have been unable to remove the smell and have requested a replacement. I used the packs several times per day and changed the water daily. I am wondering about best practices for my replacement hot packs. Is it safe to add a bit of bleach to the water? Should the packs remain on simmer all day long?

Same as what my physical therapist uses to warm my muscles before sessions.

This product was so much work. You have to do so much to get it heated and it doesn't last long, however, for as long as it does stay hot it does help but again it's not for a long period of time. I suggest you search around for another option/product before purchasing this item.

I soaked this in boiling water for Half an hour and wrapped it in a towel. It provides moist heat for at least 20 minutes or more.This really works but don’t waste your money on the holder and use a towel.
