We bought this LED Open Sign for our restaurant, and it has been a total win. Our front window gets a lot of direct sunlight throughout the day, and we were a little worried it might not be visible—but the sign is super bright and easy to see, even in full sun.The size (8x19 inches) is perfect: large enough to grab attention without overwhelming the window. It’s lightweight, so mounting it was easy, and once it’s up, it stays put. The build quality feels solid, and the materials seem like they'll hold up well over time. No cheap plastic vibes here.We love the functionality too—there are 64 color combinations to match your brand, and the programmable flashing, scrolling, or static modes let us change things up depending on the vibe or time of day. It’s a great attention-grabber without being tacky.Considering the brightness, features, and durability, this sign is outstanding value for the money. It looks sharp, works flawlessly, and actually helps bring people in.Highly recommend for any business that wants to stand out—day or night.

This sign has been great from the moment we saw it. It's big, but not too big. Can be seen from a distance but small enough to fit most places. Its also bright. When they say they guarantee it can be seen even in daylight they arent kidding. Pretty much anytime except direct hit from the Nevada mid day sun and you can see it lit colors and all. Direct hit you can still read the sign just no colors.The setup is super easy with or without the phone app. Has many effects and color combinations. Wish there were more but thats getting very picky. Absolutely great value.I have to admit we will be doing some minor, warranty voiding modifications to make it as weatherproof as possible to use outdoor too. I'll update how well it holds up being used in an unintended way (outside on a big free standing sign) This should be interesting since it is vented all around the sign. Best bet for anyone wanting to do so is enclose it in a plexiglass box.The included pics are actually of the sign. So bright my camera had to reduce the exposure so you cant see anything else around them. They are not blinding tho.

Don’t buy. 30 days into this, after the return window of course, this sign is unusable. You can’t read in the day. When you connect with your phone it erases all the current data on the board. Customer support was worthless.

Pros:1. It is HUGE. It really is 15"x32" and shows well in a window.2. Remote is a gadget which is nice to have for turning on and off. Also has a manual switch on the back, but since mine is hanging 8 feet off the floor the remote is nice.3. Being able to select your own colors and lighting pattern is also a nice feature even if I doubt that I would use it.4. It does look great hanging in the front window.5. Comes with a 3 year warranty which I am hoping is a sign of quality that I never have to deal with.Cons:1. It is bright, but NOT as bright as the old Neon sign that it replaced. In direct sunlight it is noticeable that it is on, but that is because I already know it is on. Not sure from the road that would be something people could distinguish. I knew this was likely because an LED sign is never going to be as bright as a Neon one. I am going to get a piece of 1/8" plywood, paint it black, and place behind the sign to see if this helps with the direct sunlight issue.2. Owners manual is clearly written, but has numerous spelling errors. Perhaps this is just my own pet peeve, but that is not something that typically gives me confidence in the company as a whole. As I always used to tell my students, the red squiggly line under a word does not mean that you are getting bonus points for your spelling!
