can u cook dum chicken biryani in this will the rice stick to the bottom

It is Hard Anodised surface. Just like our old system of cooking in black earthen pot. The layer is NOT entirely non sticky but it is oil repellent. The bottom is hard and distributes the heat evenly. If proper care is taken, the biryani can be cooked to perfection and nothing will stick to the bottom.

Can it boil 12 hrs soaked in water chole as quick as hawkins pressure cooker

Cooking in this Pot can't be compared with Pressure Cooker. Pressure cooker cooks the food under pressure which increases the temperature inside the cooker for quicker cooking.

Very nice. Good Thickness.Though they claim hard anodized is not nonstick, it can be very much nonstick if you know how to use it. and you can use metal spoons with no worry.I expect this to last a very long time. Using it past 2 years and no complaints.It is a little pricey though.
