Great detergent
Wonderful scent-free detergent that works. The squirt control is so easy to use. I love that I'm using less detergent and less plastic and still getting clean laundry.

Decrease plastic; good job cleaning. Hypoallergenic. Just smells clean.
I’m trying to decrease plastic use. Have tried various laundry SHEETS, which are fine for trips and hand-washing, but for long term use, they do not CLEAN, but leave stains that many laundry soaps take care of.This is the best I’ve come up with. Small bottle that lasts a long time, and cleans well. Truly hypoallergenic. Smells clean without a strong (and to me, offensive) scent. I look forward to seeing truly effective laundry sheets—and NO plastic container. But until then, I’m sold on this Seventh Generation laundry soap.

Great stuff!!
I bought a bottle of this and a few other clean eco friendly detergents to try back in Feb 13 2021. My fiance and I have only been using this since because I wanted to test each one out on its own until we’ve used them all. When we do laundry we usually do large loads and since we have an older washing machine it’s not energy efficient so we do two “doses” which would be two squirts I guess with its easy dose cap. Even though it doesn’t seem like it wouldn’t be enough it works great and we’ve both been really happy with this detergent. We each do a large load of clothes maybe every other week and clean towels and bedding just about as much so I thought we would have blown though such a tiny bottle by now. This is our first experience in a concentrated detergent so we were used to the big things of detergent and having to use a lot of it to get our laundry clean but this stuff has been doing great. We live in a pretty small apartment with not a lot of storage space so replacing a giant container of detergent for something more compact has been really nice. It also is a lot less of a hassle to dispense and we feel good about the ingredients in this too. We’ve been trying to be more conscious about the ingredients in the products we use and this was an easy transition from what we used before. I think now if we had to use regular detergent it would just feel wrong lol. Even though we thought we’d go though a whole bottle by now we still have a quarter left which exceeded our expectations. The one thing we noticed that was odd and weren’t used to was the fact our clothes had NO scent at all but they were clean. Usually we had some kind of scent on our laundry that gave it that “clean” smell and I’m sure it was clean but it was unnecessary and full of chemicals. I haven’t noticed any weird buildups or damage to our laundry from this product so I really appreciate that too lol. Overall I would really recommend this product theres so many positives with it and I don’t think I would ever want to go back to “traditional” detergent again. I also think is worth the cost, much easier to use, less messy, and takes up less space, and because it’s more concentrated you don’t need to use as much and it cuts cost on transportation. I think more products should be like this. Traditional detergents are watered down so it makes it heavier which in turn costs more money to transport it and it requires more plastic waste too. It’s just overall a great product in our opinion

Powerful Detergent, Poor Dispenser
The detergent itself works really well—cleans effectively and smells great. However, the design of the dispenser leaves a lot to be desired. It claims to be 'EasyDose,' but I find it more like 'EasyWaste.' The way it pours makes it hard to control the amount, and I end up using more than necessary. It’s convenient in theory, but not very efficient in practice. Great product, but the packaging could definitely use a redesign.

Experience
Love this laundry detergent! It's super compact and doesn’t take up much space, which is perfect for small apartments or travel. The scent is also really nice — light, fresh, and not overpowering. Cleans well and leaves clothes smelling great. Will definitely repurchase!

Great and awesome smell
I love this concentrated formula! I prefer to use things besides tide and dawn and those sorts of products so I use 7th generation for my dish soap and my laundry soap. This leaves my clothes smelling incredible I used the lavender first and now I use this. The quality is awesome It gets my clothes clean and leaves them feeling soft and refreshed. It's a great value because I only have to buy it every couple of months. Highly recommend

Gentle and Highly Effective
I’m so glad I switched to this natural laundry detergent. It’s gentle on my skin, free from harsh chemicals and still gets clothes impressively clean. No overpowering artificial fragrance. It’s perfect for sensitive skin or anyone trying to reduce exposure to unnecessary additives.

1 squeeze= 1 load= 1 lie
One squeeze per load? Not a chance. Not even for a teeny tiny load. I have a fairly new washer that senses the size of the load before filling, and it uses as little water as possible. So i cant imagine how those older washers that automatically fill all the way would need any less than at least 6 pumps. At first, in smallest of loads, with very lightly soiled items, I tried the directed 1 pump, and it did nothing. It was as though i had in fact, used nothing at all. Finally I had to bite the bullet and pump out like 3 squirts to get this tiny load cleaned. And this was simple, light, summer clothes, like tank tops, my preschoolers clothes, that had only been worn inside the house so nothing had stains or excess dirt or anything on it. I've since tried medium size loads with a couple more pumps, different temperature water to see of that made a difference, anything at all. But regardless, whether small or large, depending on material and soil level, I've had to use anywhere between 3 pumps (small loads) and all the way up to 6+ pumps(large, heavy soil loads) to get an adequate cleaning. And then, yes, it does work well. You won't be seeing any bubbles or anything, but overall my clothes came out clean enough. The rose scent not strong or overwhelming, it's just fresh and light enough to be pleasant.I bought this concentrated formula in the hopes of getting more bang for my buck, but obviously that's not happening. Its summer time, its hot, i have a toddler, so within the first week and a handful a wash loads trying to figure the proper amount I need to use to actually get a decent cleaning I've already used a third of the bottle.I'll finish it (clearly quite soon) but I won't be purchasing again.
