A quality product
The powder has such a full bodied and amazing aroma. I use it when baking, making whipped cream and even in my coffee to give it a great whole flavor. A little goes a long way so even though you might think it is pricey, it is well worth the purchase.

Very nice addition to many baked goods
This goes a long way and for the price, it's a bargain. Does not, as some people think, add a "coffee" flavor to baked goods, but does enhance any item's flavor with a little dark zing. I call it dark salt without all the unwanted effects of salt.

Never bitter.
Never bitter. I stir 1-tablespoon into boiling water and add a splash of cream. Best morning beverage!
