Definitely like the look and the easy open close. The lock mechanism is good quality and operates smoothly. The cover moves smoothly and the installation was very quick and the clamps definitely clamp securely to the rails. I have not had it exposed to any rain yet, but I do not expect it to be completely water tight. Update: after exposure to rain and brushless car wash the bed area has no water inside.The roller canister does not take up too much volume and there is ample space under the canister. The finish on the rails and trim is a great match to the truck. The cover matte finish also looks great.The t-slot rails are solid and will be great for a rack setup. I actually think the inside of the cab has less wind noise with the cover installed.

I received great service. Timely shipping. Instructions we pretty straight forward and the product fit very well. I consider myself frugal or cheap so spending that kind of money on a tonneau is the only reason for the 4 stars. In consideration of the fit and finish of the product as well as the usefullness of a lockable tonneau, then it is well worth the money.

Appears to be well-made & well packaged. Instruction /pictures provided was good & I did use it to install. Opening/closing has some friction in the middle so hopefully it'll get smoother over time. I also added grease in the wheel tracks so hope that helps.Not so good:1. Seller sent wrong item first time. The packages were vastly bigger so I don't know how they mistaken. Also price dropped multiple time since I bought & before it even delivered. So that does put a sour taste to it.2. roller not all smooth in the middle right now. Maybe another set of 2x clams in the middle would help.3. Locking mechanism is only on 1 side & also the lock. Better with both side for more security & convenience

Best tonneau cover I have ever purchased. I replaced msg old one because the previous cover allowed in, a Ton of moisture. After two heavy rain storms, cargo is dry as a desert! The quality I top notch and cannot be beat.Also, the shipping states I would receive within 2 weeks. In reality, I received it the very next day!

I ordered this item and paid the additional delivery because there isn’t a local place close to me that sells and installs it.The order only arrived with only the roller and no additional parts, making installing it impossible without ordering a replacement rail system for another $400. Retrax says it’s Amazon and Amazon says it’s Retrax responsible for the part setup. Support and returns are a hassle with both Amazon and Retrax redirecting to each other. So far no resolution 4 days after receiving the order.Update - neither Amazon or Retrax would try to provide the missing parts or work out an exchange. Returning for a refund. If you have the option, save yourself the hassle and find it locally. Dealing with scheduled delivery and scheduled pickup when the Seller and Amazon can’t handle multi box shipments well isn’t worth the hassle.

Was easy to install and looks amazing. I've taking this through the drive through car was and not a drop of water in the bed.

Love this product. Fits my 2018 ford raptor perfectly and keeps most moisture out. Paired with a bed rug this cover makes the truck so much more functional. Paired with Yakima overhaul hd rack system for hauling kayaks. Perfect.

I just installed this and it was easy as long as you have a second set of hands with lifting it into truck. The delivery was fast and easy to set up. With a Ford drop-in bed liner you’re going to need to notch the front corners it so it will fit. Glides smoothly and does everything as described in product details.
