Not overly sturdy - almost feels like a kids cleaning toy set but it does the job and the quality is somewhat reflected in the price

This is a handy little set and have been using it for 3 month's with no issues. It does prevent so much bending which in older age is good. Also found that as winter approached the little rake was good at taking leaves off the lawn. Just remember its not for digging poop out just sweeping it into collector tray. Overall very happy.

I still have to bend slightly (5'4") but way better than how I was before. There is definitely a knack to using the rake. Small movements to flick the poop and don't try to do it at once cos the rake will just get lodged in the poop and then you have to do a dance to try and get it off.The shovel isn't really a shovel, it's good for scraping off paving but since our garden is mainly grass I mainly use it for cleaning off the rake. It does all fit nicely in the tray and the shovel thing is excellent for getting everything out of the tray cleanly.All easy to clean and very easy to assemble, just twists together. Very happy with the purchase overall now that I know how to use the rake properly - was causing a lot of frustration before!

I bought one of these about 2yrs ago and has just decided to give up the ghost. I would have given this a 5* star review if it wasn’t for the fact that the exact same one I had before just fell apart. So I know that this will do the same again at some point because they aren’t made that well. The way it’s been made isn’t the best BUT… saying that, it is a good poop scooper, hence why I’ve bought the same one again. It is the perfect height if you’re tall, I’m 5ft 10 and I don’t have to bend at all. I much prefer this scooper than the other style. My last one didn’t include the rake so I like the fact there is one now, it’s handy. Was quick and easy to assemble.

Absolutely brilliant set! Pooper scooping has to be one of THE worst jobs in the world, & definitely the biggest negative of being a dog owner.I’m disabled, so have really struggled in the past trying to bend down to clear up the mess, when you have limited mobility & are in a lot of pain, tasks like this are made so much worse, I wish I’d known about this set a lot sooner!The product arrives in an illustrated cardboard box, inside there are three, clearly labelled packs of handle segments, & the three separate end pieces (the rake, the spade, & the tray.)You simply take the corresponding handle segments, slot them together, & then twist them so they screw in place firmly, other reviewers who have stated the handles are loose or rattle, can’t have screwed them together, & must have just push-fit them into place. Once assembled correctly, the individual tools are really lightweight, but very sturdy.It’s a bit odd that the handle holder that you attach to the tray tool, only has a slot available for one other tool to clip to it. I’ve clipped the spade to it, & just rested the rake tool in the tray, to keep them all together & upright, so they take up less room in my bike shed.As for using the set, I’m 5ft 10 & no longer have to bend or stoop to scoop the poop, the handles are a perfect length for me, & make a horrible job completely pain free, with the added bonus that I’m not having to get up close & personal with the stench of my doggies’ deposits! 😆Providing you don’t leave the set outside & open to the elements, I think it will last forever! It’s really easy to clean (especially if you have an outside tap &/or hose) a quick rinse, & a dry with a bit of kitchen towel, & that’s all the maintenance needed.I can’t rate this set highly enough, it’s an excellent purchase & worth every penny!

This has made life much easier with three dogs and grass which gets long quick . Much better than the grabber sort in long grass where you end up just grabbing grass . Works ok on the sloppier ones too. Useful tip point the rake so the teeth point upwards, you sort of comb the grass under the poop and lift it from underneath!
