A tough chuck glider that fly's
It fly's well after quite a bit of nose weight added, balance it around 30% of the wing root chord. Its very tough being made from EPP. For the nose weight just try a stack of coins or washers stuck on with masking tape till you get it right.

it does not fly in its standard form BUT......
if you are expecting something that flies great like the £7.99 lidl glider you will be sorely disappointed :( but if you like to modify and build cheap rc planes? THIS IS A BEAST!

Great large foam glider for RC conversion
I bought this glider because it was the biggest foam plane on Amazon that looked suitable to be converted to RC. Im afraid I cannot comment on its pure gliding potential but I will say that once you've got a few electronics in, it's a real beauty to fly. Nice big tail and wing so plenty of lift. I started with a 2S but realised it did need a little more power so ended up on an 800mah 3s which is perfect for the power needed and adds sufficient nose weight. Just a little 1806 brushless motor, 6x4 prop and 3 micro servos (didnt bother with rudder control)If you are flying this as a glider, it does say on the packaging to put a screw in the nose to help add some weight so it flies better - i would definitely do this as the tail is relatively quite heavy.

Does not work AT ALL!!!
I ignored the previous review and brought it anyway as I have previously purchased a very similar polystyrene glider, which worked AMAZINGLY so assumed it was user error. However, this glider lasks the weight at the front-normally a ball baring set in the nose which makes it glide well. This just crashes. Will be returned for refund. Don't waste your money. The set of 2 smaller ones for £8 on sale on amazon work much better. Unfortunately I have not found a giant glider that works as well as the Lidle one.

It’s brilliant
I bought this product to make a remote control slopesoarer and it worked remarkably well if you just want it as a Chuck glider you need to add a weight to the nose like a fishing wait and test the CofG

Great glider and ready to convert to RC plane
If you read the instructions that come with this (which I didn't at first) it says to put a screw in the nose to add weight. I did this and what a great glider!. I bought this to turn into an RC plane and it looks like that was what this was made for. Well worth £20, or £17 now...... DOH!

Poor aerodynamics
I should have paid attention to the poor reviews. The glider is very crudely shaped, very tail heavy. To bring the centre of gravity anywhere near the right place requires several nose weight....however having got the CofG correct with weights the positive incidence on the tail plane makes the plane nose into the ground. The harder you chuck it, the worse it gets.....I'm going to chop the tail shorter and glue on a new fin and stabiliser.....the wings are a reasonable if thick shape.

WASTE OF MONEY
It doesn't look like a glider (it's just all black polystyrene). It doesn't fly like a glider, in fact, it doesn't fly at all and there are no instructions on how to modify it. In any case, there are no movable items to make any adjustments to the supposed flying surfaces. It is, effectively, a polystyrene brick and extremely disappointing, given this cost almost £23!!! Fails to deliver in all respects and I feel ripped off.
