If I Ran the Horse Show: All About Horses (The Cat in the Hat's Learning Library)

We absolutely love love love this book! More factual than most kid horse books. The details! The rhyming throughout! The pictures! The facts! I can’t say enough about this book! Get it! It’s worth it!

This book is FULL of really interesting horse facts and is so cute! I purchased this for my almost 2 and 3 year old daughters who love horses. Unfortunately this book is a bit too advanced for my kids. They enjoy the pictures and have taken in a few of the facts. I think they will REALLY appreciate this book in a couple years and I’m glad to have it in our library. This is a really great book but I’d say it’s probably a better fit for kids around 5 years old or so.

This is an amazing book with lots of information about horses and horse shows. I actually bought it for my niece who produces/hosts the local county extension office horse shows all summer long and she thought it was awesome. She is looking forward to sharing it with her students as well as her daughter.

I originally bought it for my friends 2 y.o. daughter, I read it with the kids and loved it!! So much so that i ordered two more copies for my other friend who has a 5 y.o. and my own kids (7 mo and 8 y.o.)! It is more informative about all the horse breeds and where they came from and their purpose. It makes learning about horses fun for the kids who love them! It's more geared towards the older kiddos like 6+ maybe, but I'm still going to keep it and read it to my 7 mo old. 😹 He still enjoyed it.

This book is one out of many Cat in The Hat books in the series. I would recomend this book to everyone for there children.

So I bought this for my grand baby. My daughter had a book shower and I had never seen these style of Cat in the Hat books. Well, wow just wow. So much information in these books, it's incredible. I plan on buying the whole set for my grand baby as she gets older.
