Working Intermittently - Difficult to get it to work !
It did not work properly on day one late Jan 2023, it had been so diffucult to load it on and get it to swtich on ... I had to try and try to get it to work. I perserved but now the entire chopper cannot be turned on. when I tried to use it last night 25-06-2023. It is rather disappointing and frustrating expereince because of the poor quality and as it did not funtion easily and readily/

Fiddly but works well
The media could not be loaded. Perfect, does the job. A little difficult to figure out at first, as you have to ensure the lid is also secure in the same slot as the jug therefore design is a little annoying, even when opening to check the contents you have to unlock 2 things from the small slot. The instruction manual also has no clear, detailed instructions.Speed is great, takes max 20 seconds depending on how finely chopped contents are needed. The blade is sharp, it worked well on potatoes, tomatoes, pistachios and does not affect taste.It is a bit fiddly to clean, not very ideal, especially the blade as all the food gets inside the hole.It comes with one blade attaching for food chopping / processing, the other attachment shown 2nd is for whipping (ideal for hummus, mayo, eggs/butter) and the other 3rd is a shield to keep the contents low instead of flying out everywhere.

Good lIttle gadget, ideal size to store in cupboard when not using

Disappointed
I was disappointed with all the plastic parts of this appliance. They are thin plastic that I doubt will stand the test of time. Unlike the one I had for over 10 years (this is it's replacement) this feels cheap :(

Value for money
Brilliant performance is better than all singing all dancing one . Well happy.

Poor Quality, Flimsy Product
Product is thin, flimsy, and not made to last. Doesn't chop evenly, and so your options are some bits chopped, or all bits pureed.It is easy to wash, which about the only benefit.
