Amazing resource for anyone with hypothyroidism or Hashimoto's disease!
I purchased the Kindle edition and have found it so helpful. I have hypothyroidism myself and I cannot express enough appreciation for both this book and for how the information is presented in such an open, non-judgemental manner. I feel like Emily has really empowered everyone to understand that this book is a tool, a resource to help them better understand what works for them because even if we all have the same/ similar diagnoses, we all respond differently to different diets/ treatments. As a registered dietitian myself, I also find this takeaway incredibly important and greatly appreciate how well-researched the book is. Bonus? The kindle edition is perfect for making the recipes - I can easily set it up in the kitchen on my tablet as I'm making the recipes! I love the berry chocolate chia seed pudding and ginger carrot bisque!

Good recipes
This is my second Thyroid cook book. I also picked up "the easy diet thyroid plan" because I'm trying to maintain a healthy thyroid, so looking for new recipes and learning along the way what is good for me and what I should avoid. I find these books helpful...though both books have Palo and Keto diet recipes (not a meat eater) I tweak those recipes they also give tips at the bottom of each page.I eat plant base and gluten free...I enjoy the breakfast, lunch, dinners and snacks, but like everything you have to do your homework and make sure that this works for you.The only thing I wish it had more photos of the cooked meals! Both books lack that. Bone Appetit!!

Pictures should be included in each recipe
I prefer cookbooks with pictures of each recipe. Otherwise the recipes appear to be good.

I love these recipes!
I have tried several recipes in this cookbook and have loved them all! Super easy prep and ingredients that I have on hand. I have made the Blueberry Stress Relief Smoothie as well as the Berry Bliss. Very flavorful and filling. A great way to start our day. My husband suffers from Hypothyroidism and this cookbook has given us so many great meals already. His favorites are the tempeh and the spring rolls so far. Looking forward to trying more. I am ordering the hard copy of this cookbook as a gift for my close friend that has Hashimoto's. This cookbook is a winner!

Great cookbook
My thyroid stopped functioning in 2008 and I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's. It has been a struggle with gut pain, bloating, and discomfort since.After getting blown off by my Dr's and doing my own research, I knew I had to change my diet. The hard part about this though is, I find that I have very little time to cook meals after my daily work and commute so transitioning away from gluten has also been a struggle.This cookbook makes it easy. There are a lot of great recipe's and they are very quick to produce and I can get more than one meal out of them. Also, I have experimented with alternate ingredients without any issue.Definitely a lifesaver!
