UPDATE: Stop looking and BUY THIS ONE! I have been using this for over a week now, 6- 8 hours in one stretch. It is so firm, yet cushy! My weight is all in my backside and this supports me perfectly. No pain at all! I will be buying another one to keep at work when I return in the Fall.After many days of reading reviews, I landed on this one. So far, so good. I haven't used it for a long period yet, but out of the many I have tried, this is the only one I have liked right away and kept. I tried some comparable products, as well as a much pricier one from a company that only makes this type of product. It was also comfy, but provided less padding and support. It felt like nothing more than a contoured cushion. For $70, not at all worth it.I bought this product in the premium large. I am average weight, 5'4", and a curvy Size 8. This cushion fit my width perfectly, without digging into my hips or back of my thighs. I have a traditional chair at home, and this cushion brings my feet off the floor. It won't be an issue at work, as I have an adjustable office chair. It is something you will want to keep in mind, though, if you are on the short end. I have slight scoliosis and am amazed that this helps my pelvis stay in line much better than without it. I will be interested to see how it does in an 8 hour day, but I can definitely say in the worst case scenario, it will be better than nothing.

I was researching for days and seeing reviews about a good cushion for me since I have a series of problems in the lower part of my spine, and for this reason, by sitting for a long time, the pain increases in such a way that it is impossible almost stand up from my chair.One because of my advanced age, and on the other hand because of my condition that I just mentioned.Well, I found this cushion that was very affordable at its price, and to my surprise, the seller 5 start (that's what this seller is called) was so worried that he told me that if I didn't like something or if he didn't give me no result, he could change this cushion for me if for any reason whatsoever.What I have to say is not only that this seller is responsible for the products he sells but that his concern for satisfying the customer is meticulous.So, this cushion in my opinion is an excellent alternative for all those who have any problems with their tail bone or lower back.Not only is this cushion very comfortable, but it provides spectacular support, relieving the pain you have by 85%, that is, if you sit for a long time like in my case, this product is very good for what I just mentioned. Also, rest assured that if something is wrong either when you receive it or if when using it you find that you don't like it, return it because I am sure that with this seller you will not have the slightest inconvenience of changing it or returning your money.So, as I mentioned, in my case it is giving me an excellent result, apart from the fact that I have noticed that the support is very good and does not tend to deform.Its construction and materials are of good quality, but most of all it is the support for your back which makes it something that anyone with pain in their spine should have....Even more if they sit for a long time, that is, without any mobility.Well then I am going to give this seller and his product 5 stars for his concern in making the customer feel safe in his purchase but also for the great product he offers.Rest assured that if you need one of these cushions, buy it and see for yourself if it really works for you or not since we don't all have the same problems, which is why for some people it is effective and for others it is not.But rest assured that what you paid for this product will be returned or exchanged.This is my review for all those who are interested in knowing if the product is good or not.

This cushion is very comfortable on all kinds of seats - desk chair, car seat, couch, etc. I do wish the front edge was tapered downward to help better leg circulation.

Very comfortable and brought pain relief. Used it in the car, airplane, and train. The strap handle was convenient for travel and was able to attach it to a carabiner onto my backpack. The shape and the cushion retained and is of good quality.

Perfect cushion for use at home eating, working on the computer, etc. Also very good for long distance driving. This is the second one I've bought to take with me when we go out of town. Has helped a great deal with my right hip sciatica and lower back discomfort. I highly recommend this product.

I’m a short, 5’2” woman, and I drive a Toyota Tundra pickup truck. When making left or right turns, I have problems seeing over and around the outside side mirrors. The seat in my truck can’t adjust for height. Been thinking I need a THICK phone book to sit on, but who uses a phone book nowadays? I found this seat cushion here on Amazon. Advertised for tailbone comfort. I don’t have that problem as I have plenty of padding back there! I need HEIGHT, and this seat cushion is advertised as being 3” thick so I thought I’d try it out. It arrived this past week and I’m delighted to find that it’s not only THICK but it is FIRM! I can sit on it and see clearly over those huge side mirrors now. It retains its thickness with my 140 lbs sitting on it. It makes me feel TALL! Lol. It comes with instructions on how to clean the cover. It has rubber grippers on the bottom so that it doesn’t slide around on the truck seat. It has solved my short height problem when driving my pickup. I’m so happy that I discovered this on Amazon because I’ve looked in various stores and not found anything that compares in quality to what I needed. Thank you, Amazon!
