Waterproof Inkjet Milky Transparency Film 8.5" x 11" Inkjet Transparency Film Screen Printing Transparency Film for Silk Screen Printing 50 Sheets/Pack

I'm using these to print black-only positives on a pretty run-of-the-mill HP home printer to create film for screen print. They're perfect for that use! It prints nice solid black. And I like that it doesn't have the little white strip at one end like other transparency paper I've used in the past; the entire sheet is clear, so I'm getting an extra 1/4-1/2" of printing surface than I get with other transparent paper I've used in the past.This seems generic, no real manufacturer info included so I think I'm going to stock up. I've found my transparency and I don't want to have to find another one any time soon if this disappears or gets replaced by something else in the near future.I can't speak to quality for other uses. As many others have pointed out they are quite milky, not clear, which is completely fine for my use but if you're needing something where the transparency is invisible, or even mostly invisible, this isn't it.As many have also pointed out, the coated printing side is just about impossible to discern by sight or touch from the non-coated/non-printing side. Manufacturer recommends simply wetting a finger slightly and tapping the corners the coated/printing side will stick to your finger and the non-coated/non-printing side won't. This worked well and then I just marked the packaging it's housed in to identify which side of the stack is the printing side so I don't have to do the wet-finger trick every time.

Items exactly as described, and they worked perfectly for the floating ornaments I made. Even though they are slightly milky, they still had the see thru effect with what I was doing.

Bought these for screen printing use. Overall, this is a great product to have if you starting up. I use these for small print jobs that fit in the size of the sheet. One concern is that if it folds there will be a white milky line due to the fold. I did not use that sheet as it might of caused issues with burning a screen. 5 stars overall, I will return to buy more.

Really difficult to distinguish which is the correct side. Once you figure it out, all good. Granted I used these for a craft for 4th graders so they where handed out individually and then we had to figure out which side to write on for each student.

At first I thought these did not have a coating that would work for ink jet. They did not look like other transparencies. The only way that I could really tell which side was coated is touching with a slightly damp finger.. treated side will stick. They work great

I was extremely disappointed. I know the discrption says 'milky' but in the questions it was indicated they were clear. They are definitely milky and not clear. For my purpose that matters and these aren't useable for me. It may be fine for some but if you need clear choose a different product.

Described as 'milky' and are as transparent as a carton of thick cream. I can't use them for the project I had in mind. I was using transparent sticker sheets (which are expensive but are clear as glass) before I discovered these. Will definitely keep looking for CLEAR transparency sheets.

These worked perfectly for silkscreen projects just make sure you set your printer to the darkest optimum settings to get the darkest prints.
