To fix a very old problem with this easy to install flange
I have been trying to fix the toilet flange for long time, I did my research, and watched a lot of online video of how to, came upon this product and great review. What I really like about this is it is easy to install, and it is sturdy, and quick to put in. Should be a long time before I have to worry about a leaking toilet.

Exactly what was needed in our old house.

excellent fix for flanges set too low or damaged
Super easy replacement for flanges that have deteriorated and//or set too low when roughed in, nice hick material and pretty simply install.

Secured the toilet to the lead down pipe in concrete floor with some straightening of the lead pipe. No leaks yet.

Perfect fix
My house was built in the 1920s. Cast iron pipe still in use. The previous owners installed tile flooring in the bathroom which meant the existing flange was nearly an inch below floor level. Not only did this bring it closer to floor level, it also tightened against the interior of the pipe. Cool design. Fit great inside my 4" cast iron waste pipe.

Great for repair work
Cast iron flange cracked and broke, product worked as designed, fit inside the existing cast iron pipe. Toilet no longer leaks of rocks when sitting on it.

This arrived late and was missing 1 of the 3 screws to tighten the gasket. Need to work on quality control.
