electriQ 12L Portable dehumidifier Great for 3 Bed Homes. Combats Condensation, Damp and Mould.

I’ve had this for a couple months. It worked so well during winter. Got around 20L a day out. It is quiet and has a night time setting. Can leave it all day and beeps/glows red when it’s full. It can get my bathroom bone dry in an hour. It has wheels as well as a handle for ease of moving it around. Large tank is a must and allows it to run all day while out. This should be a household staple. Only issue is they never sent an instruction manual. Although it’s pretty self explanatory. It does have a hose to allow it to continually dump the water out a window or into a bathtub. Haven’t used that yet.

I am thoroughly pleased with this dehumidifier! I live in Dublin Ireland and use this unit to keep the humidity in check in my house as well as for drying laundry indoors. I am beyond happy with how well it works. I place this unit in the room where my laundry is drying and leave it on over night and it extracts an incredible amount of water and has my laundry dry by the morning. Very worth the investment. I only have to turn it on in the house a few times a week to get the humidity back down to 50%. Love this thing and hope it continues working this well in the future. I enjoy that it has the handle because I move it around from room to room as needed. Its not the quietest unit, but I don’t need it to be silent for what I use it for. Highly recommend.

Very neat and portable de-humidifier. Wheels easily and not too heavy to lift if you empty out the water tank first. I have had it for less than 24 hrs and already it has reduced the humidity from 78% to 65% and has removed about 4 litres of water after a water ingress into my flat. It also dried a load of laundry overnight in comparison to taking 4-5 days in the current weather conditions. I am not sure whether it will ever get to 55% in this damp cold flat but we shall see. It already feels as though the air is a better quality and warmer. I wish that i had bought this earlier, but the purchase was precipitated by my most recent flooding.

This was a very great buy. You can see how much water it extracts from the room. Easy to use and not heavy to carry around from room to room.

The product is really good and helps dry laundry really well. Affordable to run.

Returned because it it too noisy in operation (recorded over 60dB, should have been less than 40), slow to dehumidify and tank tricky to empty.I purchased this model to replaced an older Electric 20l model (CD20LE), which we have had running constantly for 6 years and it's brilliant, much quieter and extracts 4 x faster. I have just purchased another CD20LE to replace this 12l one and so far, so good - fingers crossed

Had this unit for over 3 years now. Had a steady leak from an upstairs bathroom into the ceiling downstairs. Large damp patch. Couldn’t get the family to be careful of wetting bathroom floor, so had the damp going through to downstairs. After a months of frustration invested in this dehumidifier. Turned out to be a winner. Had it on continuously and had to empty the collection tray about three or four times every 24 hours. Result- ceiling patch dried out with no yellowing. We used it to dry out our washing, overnight. Quite dry. Unit stopped working after 2 years of almost continuous use. Kept in storage for a few months, took it out and just before trashing, tried it out just in case… and it worked!! Using it normally now. Works just as before !! Can recommend this unit.

My new flat I moved into always seemed to have a damp spell I couldn’t expel in the winter, heatings too expensive to just open the windows constantly. This dehumidifier is pennies to run and super effective. Went from 80%+ humidity which causes mould, to an average of 45/50% in a week, you will need to run it for a good 10/12 hours a day to bring it down, but once it’s done it is done. Highly recommend.
