It’s always hard to find that perfect pen. It’s different for everybody. These pens are terrific for me. Perfect point thickness for writing in a notebook. And top quality. I like having a big pack of them so if I misplaced one, I have plenty more.

I wanted a pen that would not smear if it got a little wet. I do watercolor painting. It draws well and the line in thin as anticipated but it did smear once when it came in contact with my damp paper.

I love these pens. The tips are fragile and I usually have to replace them before the ink runs out. Admittedly though, I press down much harder when I write than the average person. I'm happy to replace them at this price point.

These are my absolute favorite pens! I used to only use sharpie fine tip felt pens but they were not as thin as I would have liked. These are the perfect tip thinness! I am never going to go back to sharpie. I definitely recommend them if you like thin felt tip pens.

makes a fine line

Not a real 0.2. Writes more like a 0.5. See photo comparing it to Micron 0.2. And it does not write as smoothly as Micron. It feels somewhat scratchy while writing, as if the nib is about to fray. I don’t have a heavy hand. I write with very little pressure, which is why I prefer felt tip pens to other writing instruments. Ballpoint pens and gel pens skip because I do not apply enough pressure. But even though this Artline brand does not write like a 0.2, I kept it anyway because I needed a 0.5 as well.

These are fine tips, better than I expected. Ususally any set of pens come with various nib sizes and some of them are not that used at all where specific pens run out in the middle of a drawing. I use these for my fine drawings and I don't have to worry about my pen running out of ink. So for a secialized artist like me, I know what I use this for and it serves my purpose really well. I will recommend this set to anyone who is looking for a fine tip pen.
