This product give the satisfaction to users, particularly the aged / elderly citizens.

Quality of product
Product quality is inferior to my earlier order. Earlier it was coffee brown in colour and hard to break. Also there was great relief when used them. Now it is light brown and of low hardness and also poor relief from pain when used. Can I return the product as I have bought a big quantity ?
