Can it be use outboard lower unit

Yes you can. It is the same weight as the oil used in the low unit however, it is a modern synthetic formulation that will properly lubricate the gears.

Is this oil fit 2016 2.1L sprinter Deforrential ?

I don’t know about a Sprinter but I use it in all my vehicles.

Will this work for Cayenne 2010 differential?

This was my husband's purchase. So I asked him. His answer: it depends on if he has 'posi'. Check with your dealership, if you have position, then you need to add positraction oil to this product. The product it self is excellent. I have used Mobil 1 full sythenic motor oil since I owned my car. It had 240,00 miles today, the motor is still perfect, it does not leak, burn out or need any added between oil changes. The Mobil 1 name speaks for itself.
