Really like this brand, just wishing all Naturebell products would be organic and use superior encapsulation.

1 capsule is the recommended daily allowance, so this bottle will last quite some time. They are moderately sized capsules and are easy to swallow.I have noticed an increase in my energy and I am sleeping more of the night.

This takes the place of 4 300 mg capsules I've taken for depression. It's a lot more convenient, costs less per dose, and seems to be even more effective. Anecdotal, so take this endorsement with a grain of salt. All I can say is, SJW works well for ME, and this higher dose works even better. I gave it 5 stars for taste because it HAS no taste when you swallow it, and it's quite easy to swallow-- for ME. I take it at night, before bedtime because I take a statin in the morning. I'm trying to avoid interactions. It seems to help me sleep, as well as lowering anxiety, calming, and dampening down the depression quite substantially. As I say, it works quite well for ME. Your mileage might vary.
