This is the ProGuard Rear, which only comes in one size (approx. 37cm long). It's the front ProGuards that come in different sizes.

Will it protect my back and ass or only bike?

This is a pretty short mudguard so only really protects some of the rear of your bike.

Is this mudguard matt or gloss?

The Proguard Rear is now a matt finish.

will this fit on a v brake mountain bike?

The Proguard mudguards are only designed to be used with bikes with disc brakes.
