I recently tried the Hyp protein bars in Almond Crunch flavor and I have to say, they are absolutely delicious! The mouthfeel is soft unlike other protein bars which are dry, and the flavor is rich and satisfying. While these bars are balanced on the sweeter side, I understand that taste preferences can vary for individuals. Personally, I found these bars to be super tasty and a great addition to my on the go snack lineup. They slide right in my pocket and are a must when I go on hiking or long drives. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a satisfying and delicious protein bar option!

The flavor is menthol rather than mint. It tastes like chewing gum or toothpaste and leaves a refreshed breath. I guess it works for people who want a mouth freshener alongwith a protein bar.

I love how this protein bar is thinner than most other protein bars; this makes that thick protein texture more palatable. The mint and chocolate flavor is perfect and not too sweet. The ingredients are clean so you can enjoy it guilt free. Note though that maltitol sweetener is a bit of a laxative, so don't eat more than 1 or 2 of these per day.

I have been eating HYP brand of protein bar for the last 1 month. I have consumed about 25 bars, roughly 1 bar every day, about during this time of all the 4 flavours they offer. I must say that initially i found it to be superior than the rival product but now have come to the conclusion that it is not well thought out product. It contains a chemical call polyols that cause gas, farting, bloating and stomach ache. About after 5 minutes of eating the bar there is vomiting sensation (nausea) that last for about 5 hours. After a little googling you can find out that polyols is related to LIVER DAMAGE and is avoided by major confectionery brands throughout the world. It just makes me feel very uncomfortable and gassy. Also I have gained 3 inches on my tummy in the last one month which I attribute to this. I think that manufacturer has not applied his mind very much and has just gone with the Indian way. Initially one may find it better than ritebite, because of its softer core, but soon the reality sets in. I request amazon to verify the health indication of this product as it may olso be liable to damages.

Taste is okay but the bars are small.

If you are expecting this to taste similar to After Eight, York or any other choco-mint chocolates, you are DEAD WRONG.If I would describe it, it tastes like stale waffer biscuit because of the wheat isolates/bran.... that has a hint of mint flavor and is covered in thin sugarless chocolate layer. It definitely has no sugar.As a protein bar I would say totally go for it. Recommend it for diabetics.

The tastiest Protien bar I have ever had. It is not too sweet and gives the right flavour of whey. It gives me the much required nutrients late morning, late evenings or in between meals. I always carry one in my bag to have if I miss a meal or feel tired. Since it has a low glycemic index, it keeps me fuelled for a longer time.The packaging is good and it does not melt in high ambient temperatures compared tobother bars. The after taste is really good.I have even started gifting this bar instead of the normal chocolate bars(The healthier option shows you care). I have already bought 6-7k worth of these bars. If some one has a problem with the taste, its another issue, but nutrition wise its solid.
