Quality product that's easy on stomachs

Love The Nature Made brand
I’m not sure if it helped lower my cholesterol since I was using it off and on, but I like nature made products and they are normally good for whatever you purchased them for. I purchased this product because it had good reviews, sorry I couldn’t help you but just so you know I would purchase again and use them as directed.

I couldn't tolerate this supplement
I ordered this because my doctor asked me to start taking it. It calls for a dose of four tablets a day. I found I could tolerate only one tablet a day, due to disgestive disruption. It also caused my resting heart rate to increase from 70 to 90. I have stopped taking it, and wish I hadn't spent the money on it.
